Access to some features may require a paid subscription processed through third-party payment processors such as Stripe and Adyen. By starting a subscription, you authorize us and our payment partners to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account, navigating to Account Settings, and clicking on "Cancel Subscription".
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our internal policies and applicable consumer protection laws. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us.
Lunyb is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MYTRACKHOLDING LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Lunyb after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Delaware, United States. MYTRACKHOLDING LLC is the legal entity responsible for operating this service.
