These Subscription Terms govern any recurring billing plan purchased through Lunyb.com, operated by LUNYB LTD, located at LUNYB LTD, Office 16705 182-184 High Street, North East Ham, London, United Kingdom, E6 2JA.
Lunyb offers subscription plans billed on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis. The exact price and billing frequency are clearly displayed on the checkout page before you confirm your purchase. All prices are shown in your local currency and include applicable taxes where required.
By subscribing, you authorize LUNYB LTD to charge the payment method you provided on a recurring basis at the interval and price selected during checkout. Charges will continue automatically until you cancel your subscription. You will receive an email confirmation with your subscription details after each successful payment.
By clicking "Pay" or "Confirm Payment", you expressly consent to recurring charges at the selected interval. A record of your consent, including the date, time, amount, and billing frequency, is stored securely.
Charges will appear on your bank or card statement as "LUNYB" or "LUNYB LTD". If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us before initiating a dispute with your bank.
You will receive an email reminder at least 3 days before each recurring charge. This email will include the amount to be charged, the billing date, and instructions on how to cancel if you wish to do so.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to your subscription features until that date. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
You may request a full refund within 30 days of any charge, regardless of the plan selected. To request a refund, contact us at contact@lunyb.com or call (302) 318-6115. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. If prices change, you will be notified at least 30 days in advance via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the service after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
If a scheduled payment fails, we may retry the charge up to 3 times over 7 days. If all attempts fail, your subscription will be suspended. You will be notified by email and can update your payment method to reactivate your subscription.
If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, please contact us at contact@lunyb.com or (302) 318-6115 before filing a dispute with your bank. We commit to resolving billing issues within 48 hours. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of your account.
