We aim to ensure you are satisfied with Lunyba. If the service does not work as described for you, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below.
Approved refunds are initiated to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first so we can resolve the issue quickly. Initiating a chargeback may delay the resolution process.
