This AI Data Protection Policy explains how LUNYB LTD ("we", "us", or "our") protects your data from unauthorized use by artificial intelligence systems, and outlines our commitments regarding AI and your personal information.

1. Our commitment

We believe your data belongs to you. In an era where AI companies routinely harvest user data to train large language models and other machine learning systems, we take a firm and unambiguous stand: your data will never be used for AI training purposes.

2. What we do NOT do with your data

• We do not sell, license, or provide your data to any third party for the purpose of training AI or machine learning models.
• We do not use your data internally to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI system.
• We do not allow AI crawlers, scrapers, or bots to access your personal data or analytics.
• We do not create data profiles or aggregated datasets from your information for AI-related purposes.

3. Technical protections against AI scraping

We implement active technical measures to protect your data from unauthorized AI harvesting:

• Automated bot detection and blocking systems that identify and reject AI crawlers.
• Rate limiting and access controls on all API endpoints to prevent bulk data extraction.
• Strict robots.txt directives that explicitly deny access to known AI training crawlers (GPTBot, CCBot, etc.).
• Continuous monitoring for unusual access patterns that may indicate scraping activity.

4. Third-party service providers

We carefully vet all third-party service providers to ensure they do not use your data for AI training. Our contracts with payment processors, hosting providers, and analytics tools include explicit clauses prohibiting the use of your data for machine learning or AI development.

5. Your rights regarding AI and your data

You have the right to:

• Know that your data is not being used for AI training — this policy serves as that guarantee.
• Request a full export of your data at any time.
• Request deletion of all your data from our systems.
• Be informed of any changes to this policy before they take effect.

6. Future changes

If we ever consider changing our position on AI data usage (which we have no plans to do), we will notify all users at least 30 days in advance and obtain explicit opt-in consent before any data is used in connection with AI systems. We will never retroactively apply such changes.
